Signature by the Lessee shall constitute an offer to lease in favour of the Lessor to lease the Unit (inclusive of any parking or yard, if applicable) on the terms and conditions contained herein. This offer to lease shall remain open for 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt by the Lessee, should the Lessee not sign within this time period the offer to lease shall lapse. Signature of this offer to lease by the Lessor shall indicate acceptance of the Lessee’s offer and shall give rise to a binding Lease Agreement.
